Build the infrastructure cities are waiting for.

ENVIOTECH turns existing streetlights into intelligent infrastructure. No replacement, no civil works. We're a small team in Frankfurt that owns hardware, software, and sales in-house. Join us and you shape things, rather than manage them.

Why us

Flexible enough that your work is visible.

We work dynamically and adapt quickly, so no one only ever sees a slice of the picture. You'll work on hardware that sits on real streetlights, and on software that municipalities use every day.

Direct impact

What you build ends up on a street a few weeks later. No project sits in a drawer.

Short paths

Decisions get made in conversation, not committee. We shift priorities in days, not quarters.

Hardware and software

We build both ourselves, from the Zhaga interface to the dashboard. You see the whole chain.

Purpose that carries

Switched-off lighting costs safety. We make sure municipalities no longer have to make that trade-off.

Public sector, learned firsthand

You learn how municipalities, utilities, and procurement really work. Knowledge that's rare.

Early stage

We're growing after the pre-seed round. Join now and you'll shape processes that last.

Open positions

Where we are currently looking for support.

You only recognize yourself in half of a role? Apply anyway. We hire for potential, not for a checklist.

In-person meeting in Frankfurt and an offer. Typically within three weeks of application.

Frequently asked questions

What applicants ask most often.

  • No. No one on the team had it beforehand. What matters more is curiosity, care, and interest in a topic many underestimate.

Nothing that fits?

Then tell us what you'd like to contribute.

We review every unsolicited application. A short paragraph about yourself and your CV are all it takes.
