EnvioLux™ turns your street lighting into a connected, intelligently controllable infrastructure. You can reduce energy consumption and operating costs, detect faults more quickly, and organize maintenance in a more planned and efficient manner. At the same time, you create a scalable foundation for further smart city applications – without having to replace all the lighting.

EnvioLux™ is designed as a plug-and-play retrofit: Existing lights can be selectively upgraded depending on the type and features of the lighting. The solution is based on common interfaces and standards (e.g., Zhaga Book 18) and can be integrated into municipal existing structures. The networking is designed so that a quick, widespread entry is possible—without the need for you to operate your own wireless network. Before the rollout, the technical compatibility of your existing infrastructure is thoroughly checked and the optimal implementation path is defined.

Through demand-based dimming and intelligent control, savings of up to 80% in electricity consumption are possible, depending on the initial situation. Amortization can be achieved in as little as 2 years. The specific values depend, among other factors, on the type of light, operating hours, dimming profile, energy price, and current consumption. To provide a solid basis for decision-making, we create a potential analysis based on a few key data points.

You receive a centralized control and monitoring interface: overview of all light points (e.g., on a map), live status, fault reports, profile control (e.g., night reduction/event profiles), as well as reporting on energy, costs, and CO₂. This supports a more stable operation, faster response times in case of failures, and more efficient maintenance interventions. Interfaces for integration into existing control room or smart city systems can be implemented project-specifically.

A project proceeds in clear steps: inventory and target image, pilot route with measurable success criteria, followed by a gradual rollout and transition to regular operation. IT integration and data protection are systematically taken into account from the beginning (roles and rights concept, access, data flows, interfaces, documentation). All binding requirements are transparently defined in the project as well as in the respective contract and procurement documents.
